    FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

    Julia (She / Her) brings together design and strategic technology to tell meaningful and inclusive brand stories. She has a broad range of experience in commercial and creative projects that include award-winning short films, music videos, interactive experiences, and global campaigns. Her previous clients include Microsoft, The Ritz Carlton, and Tishman Speyer. Julia has a Masters in Design Management from Pratt Institute and continues to explore the subject of Design Leadership as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Steven (He / Him) curates and executes the creative vision of Idealis. His broad toolset of conceptual and strategic thinking, 3D, digital art, motion graphics, and UX / UI design allows Idealis to take on any design challenge. His discerning aesthetic has been crafted over 20 years of global experience as an agency founder and creative director working in Sydney, Melbourne, and New York. Steve mentors next generation designers across disciplines and timezones. He is currently immersed in a deep dive into AI, open source software, and real-time engines.
